ClubSelect Inc. Concierge Service Desk is an independent referral only company and is not owned, operated or directed by RE/MAX, its Owner/Brokers or its Associates.
Although ClubSelect Inc. does its back ground check on all its members to be in good standing each member is responsible for its own scope of work and operations.
Clubselect Inc. does not visit or has any knowledge of the scope of work and only provides a referral of the professionals for the work, and will not receive a fee from the Service Providers from the refer scope of work.
All scope of work and its fees are communicated and agreed upon between the two parties and will hold ClubSelect Inc. and its operators harmless.
In cases of dispute all parties agree The Arbitration Guidelines of Register of Contractors will apply and all parties will abide.
