On Thursday, September 1st, over 60 Real Estate professionals invited by Jim McGiffert, CEO/Managing Broker, and the 19 agents at RE/MAX Sonoran Hills, gathered at the Community Room at the Anthem Outlets to hear Arizona Real Estate Commissioner Judy Lowe addressed issues relevant to the Real Estate Community. Participants from RE/Max, Century 21, Realty Executives, Home Smart and more termed “eye-opening” the information given regarding Short Sales procedures, and were pleased by the Commissioner’s strong focus on improving education and professionalism within the industry.
The meeting was arranged through the Guest Speaker Program provided by ClubSelect, the real Estate Concierge Services. Refreshments and a $500 Free Painting Service raffle were provided by ClubSelect Sponsor Vendor, Arizona Painting Company.

As a licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona, it has always been a suggested guideline to recommend at least 2-3 vendors to our clients for different services which may be needed during a typical real estate transaction. The reason is simple, liability. To offer “world class service” and give value to our Buyers or Sellers, we are the first to recommend an inspector, handyman, mortgage company, A/C contractor, roofing contractor, pool repair, appliance repair or home warranty company.
