Why use ClubSelect vendor services?

To save time and hassle.  Let ClubSelect find the vendor and set up the appointment.  The ClubSelect vendors are screened and provide quality work with regard to property repairs, replacements and installations no matter the trade.

How does ClubSelect eliminate my liability as a real estate professional with regard to recommending a vendor to a client?

RESPA requires that a Realtor recommend three vendors and let their client (the homeowner) decide who to use.  Realtors that use ClubSelect reduce the risk of a bad vendor experience being associated with them.  Most Realtors like to remain at arms-length from third party vendors just in case something goes wrong.

Who can use ClubSelect?

The program is targeted to the real estate community including Realtors, property managers, home owners and anyone that wants ClubSelect to facilitate a vendor service.

What is the cost to use ClubSelect?

There is currently no cost or fee associated with requesting a vendor service.

How do I request a vendor service?

Complete an online “Vendor Request Form” located on the ClubSelect website at www.clubselect.com or send us an email at service@clubselect.com  or call us at 480-889-8809.

How long does it take to get a vendor to respond?

The ClubSelect vendors are committed to respond within two hours of the request being submitted.  The quick response time is designed to access the need and to arrange a time to visit the property.

Does ClubSelect get in the middle of the vendor transaction?

No, ClubSelect puts the requestor in touch with the vendor but does not get involved in the process until the service is completed.  At that point ClubSelect follows-up with the requestor to make sure the vendor did a good job.

How can I trust that the ClubSelect vendors are professional and will give me a competitive price?

All ClubSelect vendors have been screened through the Registrar of Contractors (ROC), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Arizona Corporate Commission.  ClubSelect vendors have been in business for years and have proven track records of performance and client satisfaction.  ClubSelect vendors may not always be the least expensive but do provide competitive prices as members of the ClubSelect concierge program.

Are there other companies like ClubSelect?

No, not specifically targeting the real estate community.  There are several vendor service companies that provide multiple vendor names upon request.  Some of these companies charge the requestor a fee for the vendor names.  The requestor then has to decide which company to use and at that point they are on their own.  ClubSelect simplifies the process and supports the requestor throughout the entire process.

What type of speakers does ClubSelect provide to real estate offices?

ClubSelect offers an array of speakers under their “Guest Speaker Program”.  From local politicians to sales trainers to business professionals ClubSelect provides real estate offices with educational events to enhance the knowledge base of the Realtors and to aid in the marketing of the specific real estate office.

Will ClubSelect sponsor a sales meeting for a real estate office?

Yes, ClubSelect is delighted to attend and sponsor real estate sales meetings.  We often attend meetings with one of our vendor companies to provide them with direct exposure to the Realtors.  We provide food and beverage for the meeting attendees and appreciate the opportunity to build professional relationships.

How does someone request a guest speaker?

A guest speaker can be requested via the “Guest Speaker Request Form” located on the ClubSelect website under the Guest Speaker Program.  You can request a speaker or speaker category based on the current speaker menu that is updated and posted on the ClubSelect website.  You can also call our office at 480-889-8809.

What is the cost of the Guest Speaker Program?

The Guest Speaker Program is an added-value program that is bundled in with the ClubSelect vendor services.  As a real estate office and its Realtors use the vendor services portion of ClubSelect then they are provided with the opportunity to access the Guest Speaker Program and vendor sponsorship.
